Delicious classic parlor pizza! As a pizza lover of all the types New York. New Haven, Detroit, Chicago, etc... I also have a love for the small mom and pop shops who serve up memories with a classic parlor slice. This is probably my favorite pizza in Traverse City. Inclusive to the community. Generous! Now for the slice. The dough is so important and love its puffier crust edge combined with just the right amount of cheese and sauce to pull it all together in one tasty bite. Fantastic service. My son and I love going to Paesano's to get a slice and a pop and enjoy the classic atmosphere. That includes pinball (currently Jurassic Park - my son's favorite) and wooden booths with photos of past customers on the walls. Not to mention the cozy back deck overlooking the Boardman River and bay. The pizza, subs, and salads are always good. They have to be in a foodie town with lots of competition. It really says something that the owners are continuing the original recipes and traditions - because they are so good. I remember going there as a kid when they first opened. Enjoying the smell of the kitchen, the comfortable family atmosphere, and the arcade games. There has always been a pinball machine and an arcade game. Back then it was Joust and they it set so it wasn't a quarter-eater. That same philosophy can be found today in their customer care and community vibe. I really appreciate the sincere positive attitude of the staff. Eating at Paesano's is one of the truly genuine experiences in Traverse City. Highly recommended!

The 18in pizza was just big enough for my family of 6. And the bread sticks are home made, not very uniform but were delicious. I didn't think about taking a photo until we had grabbed what we wanted. Definitely worth the prices

I was going to use the term "hidden gem" but it's located right downtown on front street and I think all of the locals are well aware of it's presence. The food is always great and the service is too. The lunch special is a huge slice of pizza, 2 bread sticks and a drink for around 5 bucks! That deal is pretty hard to beat ...... and so is the atmosphere! Great, old school pizza shop environment - can't wait to go back!

This was our first time here. We happened to be in the area and the granddaughter wanted pizza. So, we found this place when we were driving around. Really unique inside, had that old time Italian feeling. I wish they had pasta or spaghetti something that the granddaughter loves but she did love the pizza. She got a personal pizza and she loved it!
